On our own family property, the brewery roof collects the water from which we brew, and the sunshine that generates our single phase power. Our 500L HLT and 900 L Mash Tun are both converted from their previous home at a dairy farm. The rest is a 600L kettle, four 500L conical uni-tanks, and ten 200L ex-tawney barrels to age stout and get us sorting out recipes.
Lastly, we acquired a 6 x 9 m cool room from a florist. This was a must as our beer has to be kept refrigerated from the keg to glass.
While there are many special beers in the world, we feel that the devotion we give to each brew in this kind of environment makes every glass of Two Pot poured a very special glass of beer indeed.
